We here at Beast Mode Coaching like to provide you with what you need to reach your goals. Here are some basic services we offer, and feel free to contact us if you would like more information on any of it, or if you have special needs that are not covered here.
A plan that is put together just for you, but without any coaching aspect. You know what to do, and how to do it. But you just want someone else to spend the time to create the plan so you can focus on training and living.
Training Plans – Single Sport:
One tweak per month: $25/month – 4 month minimum
Two tweaks per month: $40/month – 4 month minimum
Four tweaks per month (1 per week): $55/month – 4 month minimum
Training Plans – Multi Sport:
One tweak per month: $35/month – 4 month minimum
Two tweaks per month: $50/month – 4 month minimum
Four tweaks per month (1 per week): $65/month – 4 month minimum
These are plans where the coach works with you on an as needed basis. Could be monthly, weekly or daily. But the coach is there for you, when you then them to answer questions, and to tweak the weekly schedule as need be to keep you on track.
Month to month: $75/month
6 Month block: $400
12 Month block: $750
Month to month: $100/month
6 Month block: $550
12 Month block: $1000
One on One
Want just a little be extra push for one of the workouts? Or to make sure you are using correct form whilst training? You can hire us on an hourly basis for this.
